“Are you gonna probe the biscuits?”

lol. Bbq humor at its finest.

Please re-visit the Workhorse 1975. The caster-model or the wagon-model (you only covered the super-expensive trailer-model, to my knowledge). It hits every single thing you like about this video's pit... but ALSO comes with 3/8" thick steel, a cowboy firebox, and an upper grate... Oh, AND it's cheaper. Would love a revisit since you're reviewing pits again! Sincerely, --An offset owner because of you and Brad's channels.

I would have like to see the heat splitter up close. To compare it to the Goldee’s pit.

I use the WSM in my cul-de-sac in the city. That won't change. What I see and from other videos from Jeremy is a common build with the smoke stack, when he says it is a good smoker. It isn't just a pipe up, but a funnel to the stack so the air is pulled through. I have even seen the video from some years back where he takes the cut off tool to a baffle by the fire box for flow.

Do a review of the Lone Star Grillz LSG "Texas" Edition Smoker. This has sort of a similar bypass system. They've had it out for a few years and claim to have even temperatures throughout the cook chamber.

I built a backyard offset pit this last summer, finished it about a month ago. 36" diameter cook chamber 20" fire box and a nice big stack. Built it for under 1000 bucks and it puts better smoke on a rack of ribs than my pellet grill could ever dream of. Love that thing.

The bypass system is very similar to what Lone Star Grillz does for their 20” models. I’ve used one for the past three years and it’s freakin awesome.

Man, those welds…beautiful! And Chupacabra is amazing on chicken, IMO.

@MadScientistBBQ the smoke stack need its connection to be hinges to lay over the smoke chamber so it may be stored in a garage like I would.

I'd love to see some cooks on Boathouse Smokers Texas Traditional pits and how their damper works. I know you were out there years and years ago, but an updated video on some of their newer pits would be awesome.

I would love to see you review the Blue Smoke Smoker backyard model. 3/8" thick steel and starts at around $2K. Big Phil makes a quality pit.

Leviathan Pits Terraton 200 has a similar throat arrangement. Firebox convection comes up an inclined duct, and then current is split into an upper and lower stream. Since they are in England, it may have escaped notice by Texans.

If I didn't know any better - I'd say "Wow! - This is a smoke-king good smoker!" - Happy New Year - Cheers!

Good review. Seems like a nice pit. Makes it tough to choose, so many quality pits out there right now in the 3 to 4k range.

Revisit the OC Brazos. Do a review on the OC Brazos DLX. Test out the removable baffle and the tuning plate. Your guy from the BBQ HQ even sells a stack extension and a custom firebox baffle you can test out, on it as well…

I love the end of the video the best with the nod to the GOAT! The hefty lefty. The pillsbury throwboy. The round mound of touchdown. RIP to #22.

I’m with you Jeremy, I like salt and pepper and smoke, if meat is smoked properly it’s so good. Coincidentally build a 120ish gallon offset currently, got a couple good ideas from this video, can’t wait to cook on it

Would love to see you review a cabinet offset, like the LSG 30” cabinet offset. Always been curious how a cabinet offset cooks compared to a pipe offset.

Thanks for the demo and review. As for other's I would like to see a review on both the Lone Star Grillz Offset with the 20x20/22 Fire box, and also their Insulated Smoker that can maintain temps for 20 hrs. Thank you in advance
