Brand new user today. Got the usual 'not connected' and 'offine errors'. Also warning about trying to get GPS. After about 15 minutes the antenna moved itself and now we're officially ONLINE! yay! I'm an RVer and this is going to be amazing! Streaming movies using phone data is incredible expensive, and not available in many places I visit.

That’s cool, my app doesn’t even give the option to stow. It’s just basic options, like telling me when they’re taking the next payment, my address, etc.

I had a good Dishy 2.0, a Storm destroyed it. I noticed what I received as a replacement doesn't look the same, some details, changes of a few materials. That replacement lasted 30min on its mast and no sign of life. Impossible to stow it.
I F hate that situation when you have to play the fool to retrieve all the shit you just set up out of the rooftop.

Glad you figured out some way to get it to work. I've stowed mine with it online and working twice now without an issue. Maybe yours will get an update soon that clears out that bug. Have you tried a factory reset? Thanks for the update on your issue.

I'm currently in the middle of getting a replacement as mine quit working over a week ago. I can't connect it online, but I was informed by Starlink themselves to power it up, and place it with the dish facing down on a flat surface. After about a minute it should lower it's stand into stow mode. Unplug it and you're good to go.

You can also just place it on the floor face down. After about a minute it stows without the need of the app. Just needs power and to be faced down. But I'm still have that issue that says "ensure your starlink is plugged in". Since day 1, have not been able to complete setup, just gives me that error and asks to check the cables. This is the second unit with the exact same issue. The cable is certainly connected because the dish moves and stows. Help.

I can't get my app to turn the heater back on. The heater option greyed out and says that I am not logged into my account and that I should reboot my router. I turned it off and back on again but it didn't fix anything. I may try uninstalling and installing the app.

Don't they test this stuff ! We should not be having these issues in the field.

What could it be if I have no obstruction and almost no drop outs according to the app but really using it in pass through to my traditional router it’s intermittent on off working all day.

My Dishy was not getting any power. I need to send it back but can not get it to go into stow mode since it does not get any power or data from the router.

New user. I've downloaded the app. plugged the router into the satellite, and plugged into power. No movement. Then logged into the app and then signed out. For whatever reason, I can't log back in. I said, Locket out?, Account recovery by email. No nothing. What a disaster. basically, this thing is just sitting my yard doing nothing, and I can do nothing to help it and reach a real person anywhere. UGH!

2022-09-24 I do "stow mode" inside ROOM (without windows) after turn power into device, connect to wifi by my mobile and lick settings>stow in app - and it works

I'm running into issues with it being offline and can't connect. But when it's online and I try to connect. It instantly goes to offline. All my cables are good and tight.

sweet jeeezus... really? you have to be ONLINE for it to stow.. just because you plugged it in does not mean it's online. the access point gets power and you immediately can connect to it, but that just means you have wifi connectivity, NOT internet or satellite comms. that usually takes 3-5 minutes after powering up if you are in a decent spot. just be patient and wait until you see that your are ONLINE, then STOW should be clickable.

Mine just says offline searching. They contacted me after 2 days said they troubleshooted on their side and to power cycle it and that didn't fix it now it's been another day and a half and I haven't heard back from them.
