You just saved my marriage, Nick. I test this first by just pushing up on the connector through the stow and unstow. It def made a sound and quickly picked up satellites.

My cable came already inserted and was stuck. People say get a screw driver and push it out then use the paper method to reconnect it.

where did you put the tape - on the cord or the sleeve?

I noticed it sometimes takes 10 minutes for it to connect, just leave it. Other have said sometimes they waited 40 minutes.

Im having same problem , iv checked mine and it is flush, iv also been on to stalink support and little to no repsonse back, very poor customer service, i think ill just have to cancel it, pity as its been working great till now
