INGREDIENTS:
• 1 lb sweet potatoes, peeled
• 2 tbsp olive oil
• 1/2 tsp smoked paprika

INSTRUCTIONS:
1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper for easy cleanup.
2. Wash and peel the sweet potatoes. Then, cut them into uniform matchstick-sized fries, about 1/4-inch wide.
3. In a large mixing bowl, combine the olive oil, arrowroot powder, garlic powder, smoked paprika, sea salt, and ground black pepper. Mix well to create a seasoned oil mixture.
