The instructions state that side sleepers should use the raised part of the pillow on either side, with their shoulder in the groove underneath. Also, it says you shouldn’t use another pillow underneath!

I've tried to buy this Will but apparently the company have sadly gone into liquidation. Not sure if it's true but appears to be. Their site won't accept orders.

I have one not this brand purchased in Cape Town but it’s a life changer was expensive but was worth it. I could not sleep without mine.

Come across your video which found interesting. However doing further research this product has had really bad reviews and the company not to be trusted. I hope you are not continuing supporting them. Shame because I was about to place an order

Shadiest company. They claim to have a 100 day trail with money back guarantee. When I didn't like my pillow and tried to return it they literally did everything they could so I wouldn't return, including trying to convince me to give it away to a charity. When I persisted they tried to get me to ship it internationally on my own money, when the pillow came from Ohio. When I brought this up the guy finally gave me the US return address. I shipped it, had to pay for shipping myself, it was $22. I sent it on April 1st, it arrived on April 6th, it is now May and I still haven't gotten my money back. Worst 100 day trial ever.

Hi. 1.) How high is the height (aka loft) of the pillow once the head is on it. 2.) Most people who side-sleep also roll onto their backs. On this pillow, it means the head ends up lying on the flat sides -- is that safe? Thank you!

You can set something up for yourself - but what happens during the night while you are sleeping? If you have a sleep study for apnea, ask them. Some people's sleep films sped up looks like a sideways tornado spinning.
