I bought this pillow two weeks ago and I LOOOVE IT!! I’m a night shift nurse and my neck muscle tension was problematic. As a side sleeper who sometimes woke up with hand discomfort, this pillow solved two problems. Highly recommend!!!

So, this is awesome for me. I went to the doctor because I keep waking up with bad headaches. It's weird because it's always when I wake up and it'll be gone by noon. It stems from my neck and it really messes with my mornings. She suggested I try switching my pillow out and not sleeping with 2 pillows. Last night I slept with one pillow for what seems like the first time, and it was uncomfortable to say the least. Guess I'll have to buy this pillow😂

Thank you for your feedback and for sharing your honest opinion. I have been looking for a pillow for my husband and I think I might get him this pillow. And thank you for the pillow case suggestions. I to try purchase pillow cases that are best for skin and hair so I will try the ones you suggested. The one question do have is, what size pillow case did you use? Queen, king or jaut standard size? Wish the pillow company gave customera the opitona of the type of material you would like your pillow case.
