Thank you so much! I got fallout 76 today and piped the disc in. When it finished copying, the update didn’t install, so I cancelled the update and reset my ps5. When it turned back on, none of my games updated, even when I checked for updates! After about an hour or two, I found this video. I watched it and did the WiFi DNS settings and stuff, and it work! So, i was having this issue nothing worked i got a preowned game god of war wouldn’t install couldn’t get it to install did all this and it didn’t work,
So i finally took the disk out to clean it and when i looked closely it was like there was a dirty smudge i on my disk that i hadn’t seen so when i seen that and washed it off it installed no problem
