When an inductor discharges its signal loss follows the increments 63.2%, 86.5%, 95%, 98.2% and 99.3%. Which expressed as fractions are 3/4, 1/2, 1/3, 1/6 and 1/9( with a slight error due to an unknown anomaly). The inductors signal and light are both electromagnetic phenomena. There may be a correlation between the two. This brings into play the generation of heat which could destroy all your predictions as the mass will eventually be destroyed. In the same way an electron and positron will destroy themselves if they collide.

So would I be correct in deducing that you have explained in simple terms here why your mass increases as your velocity approaches the speed of light???

Nice, couple decade-late questions? 1) A single proton accelerates since the Big-Bang toward earth, missing by a few-hundred kilometers, with a gamma of 10^57, giving it the relativistic mass of the sun. What happens as the proton's massive gravity passes earth? What if the proton hits earth with its massive inertial mass? 2) Relativistic energy plot? 3) Imaginary continuation of the plots?

In a previous video, you mentioned "Proper Time is the time measured by someone at rest relative to 2 events"...you also explained the Proper Length :-)....

However, what is "rest mass"....rest relative to which observer?...so what is rest mass? vs relativistic mass - thanks

Understand I have a limited concept of all this so excuse my question. Hopefully it is not basic to the point of being stupid.

I am beginning to see the relationship between the speed of light and uncountable infinity. The reason we cannot reach the speed of light on paper is because we can always count a smaller unit of measurement.

If this is true then how is it that we can quantify the speed of light but not infinity?

Is this because of our location as an observer to both of these concepts?

And what does this say about light's observation of infinity?
