I wish these types of ingredients were just “leftover” ingredients at my house 🤣 I never just accidentally have heavy whipping cream and fancy block cheeses, etc lol but, this looks amazing and I’m so making this! Just as soon as I get my butt to the store to purchase said ingredients 🤣🤣🤣🤣

This is sooo tasty! Truly delicious. I’m a pretty decent cook so I just eyed my measurements and it turned out great. I have written down what I used if anyone wants to try it. I hope it’s not against the rules to post that here. I also used mini farfalle because it’s all I had. Busin!!

-1lb ground beef
-1 tsp each: garlic powder, oregano, thyme, parsley, smoked paprika, salt, pepper
-Half an onion
-2 cloves garlic
-2 tbsp tomato paste
-1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
-1 cup broth (maybe 3/4 cup to start)
-3/4 cup heavy cream
-1 lb cooked pasta (reserve some of the water when you strain)
-1/2 cup or so of cheese … I used Parmesan bc I didn’t have pecorino Romano. Still good
- red pepper flakes, optional to sprinkle on

EDIT: if you’re following a keto or low carb lifestyle, this is delicious over sautéed cabbage! I like it even more than with pasta. 👌
