You don’t need to spend 600 or more for tires unless you track your car. I have under 100 dollar per tire on my car and they are actually fantastic. They are uhp all seasons with a 189 mph speed rating, Super grippy and quiet.

I really love the idea of a set of wheels or wheel covers that can extend your range, cough cough aerobics wheels. I just can't find enough sources to prove that it makes enough of a difference to put them on instead of the stock aero rims
(That includes if the aftermarket ones are lighter than stock)

My process is find a general idea of fitment, i figured out 15x8 with 35 offset is what works, (25 on some wheels) my front end just uses 5 mm spacers I used 25 offset wheels with a flatter face then I thought but one of the wheels I like a lot for certain cars is the black on black av19’s from avid one they’re extremely light for the size, wheel and tire weighs less then the stock rim standalone, but I’m also using a light car so not as much stress on the wheels
