I think the simplest way by some margin is to multiply 10 by -3 the find the 2 factors of 30 that combine to make 13, ie 2 and 15, giving (x - 2)(x +15) now, the clever bit is just to divide the 2 and 15 by the 10, simplify and allocate the denominators to the x terms giving (5x - 1)(2x + 3). There is a YT clip on this.

I am glad there are now many easy ways to solve for the trinomial, good for the students . But actually, in real life, this kind of math is of no use! Actual situations are much more easy if one just have a common sense!
