Quitting weed and social media has allowed my mind to be able to think more clearly. I highly recommend it to anyone who’s been trying to quit either of these two evil addictions it’s literally life changing.

I have been Listening to your channel for a bit now, and reading Marcus Aurelius and will follow other readings . There is a Calmness in your voice that brings an easy of Peace in the middle of a storm . Many of these concepts before finding this channel have come across my Mind, but finding this, only gives me more validation in the simple Truth, I work as an Artist, and to me this is all art work in Progress, and as any work goes there are mistakes, but from those mistakes we Progress . To say that I enjoy and feel a bit more in Tune, and I am not the Only one, there are many . But yet we are the outcast, for our Views of a Very big Picture, sold by those who believe in a House of Cards . A Work in Progress, but the weight is hard to Bare . Love to All .

One of the most important things we can do for not only ourselves but to grow and show respect is to " become a better active listener." Most people today don't even think about what it means to listen. Everyone is in such a hurry to share their opinion. I love that you brought active listening up. And I love the voice ! its so soothing, it pulls you in and makes you want to keep listening...LOL 🥰🤩

Working on active listening. Trying to figure out if I actually listen. With all of the info real or false that we are bombarded with every day, it is sometimes hard to filter out whats worth listening to from nonsense.

“Everything we hear is an opinion not a fact” so deep.
I often say the truth doesn’t hurt, but opinions do. The truth is self evident.

I truly love Stoicism, It has changed my life so much for the better. I could go on and on of how it's changed me but I'm practicing on reading and these videos more. Thank you much. And by the way, your voice is gorgeous, it makes listening to this a pleasure.

I think us men in particular could really benefit from this line of thinking. We have all fallen prey to emotionally based reactionary thinking and it has worked to the detriment of everyone. I'm guilty of this. If we can get back to mindfulness and embracing a greater logic, we will see less protesting, violence, and depression.
