How could Karnataka GST employees punish shareholders of Infosys ?
Is there any accountability of Government Servants ? Whether there is any punishment for negligence, incompetency and carelessness ? Modiji, this COUNTRY won’t be developed till the incompetent, KAMCHOR and careless Govt Servants are punished very very very hard

The company which is giving employment to lacs suddenly served tax notice for payment of Rs. 32403/- crores. I am a BJP man. I am disillusioned with the way in which matters are managed by the finance ministry. Whether Nirmala madam is in control
Whether guidelines are formed before sending tax notice of such a big quantum? We are hearing complaints from traders with regard to waywardness of GST authorities all over country
If things goes like this uncontrolled way, image of the govt will suffer very badly and consequences are foregone conclusion. Who authorised tax notice and who is responsible for creating uncomfortable situation among general public..
People concerned should be dismissed immediately for misuse of power

I hope Narayana Murthy spends at least 2 hour time for filing taxes in a year before asking employees to work 70 hours a week.

True, taxmen harass you if you don't bribe them even if there's nothing against you by serving false notices and passing harrasment orders..you have to fight in appeal for no fault of yours.

Every year, India's politicians launch thousands of schemes with grand promises, India's poor caliber politicians, known for their sweet speeches, fail to deliver on their promises. The country's potential remains untapped, and its people suffer the consequences.

The never-ending cycle of corruption, coupled with poor governance, has led to a lack of trust in the system.

The same entity sitting in foreign country can not remit the funds with GST exception.
Mr. Pai has a valid point but law currently states otherwise.
Infosys must pay the amount or government must change law.

The problem is KPI. Taxmen will harass anyone and everyone for meeting his target. Meet your targets to keep job and get performance bonus. KPI is the issue, let the authorities deal with it.
