Given its past record till date, Infosys jaisi company ko GST notice dena is like Rahul Dravid ke ethics ko doubt karna.

I am a novice investor par iss GST notice ko to maine bhi seriously nahi liye. Lekin Anil sir ne to GST valo ki aukaat poore desh ko batadi, "overweight on Infosys, aur kharido" 😛.

I don't know why people make it political everytime.
I don't think this notice will serve a purpose rather it shows the incompetence of GST officers.
Infosys will quote circulars 210 which was issued recently in June'24 and circular no 199 issued in July'23 wherein it clearly mentioned that in cases of supply between distinct persons and no tax invoice is raised (in this case Infosys is required to issue self invoice as per sec 31 of Gst act), then value of supply may be deemed to be NIL.
Now such notices will be set as precedent and similar notices will be issued to different companies.

सर हमारे यहां की टैक्स अधिकार और टैक्स विभाग को रिश्वत खाने से फुरसत कहा।।
देश को बर्बाद कर रहा है जीएसटी।
अगर सच में जीएसटी से देश ग्रोथ कर रहा है तो डीजल, पेट्रोल और गैस सिलेण्डर को जीएसटी से अलग क्यों है
