Truth: Permanent Magnet Motor Using Magnetic Repulsion. Inventor's idea and what does really happen?

Understand in an easy way why such a magnetic motor does not generate free energy and is no perpetual motion generator, so that you can easily explain it to others - using my gravity model method.
Roller that spin forever with free energy are still a very convincing power generator.
The magnets are arranged to drive the reel, making sustained spinning easy.
Just watch this video and you will understand for sure, why this great machine is not able to work.

Let's first look at the device itself. It consists of a rotatably mounted plastic cylinder in which magnets are set at regular intervals. f you look closely, the rows of magnets that are attached to the roller overlap. This is intended to allow or facilitate the transition from one magnetic loop to the next.
On the side of the reel is a stand with a very large magnet attached to it.

What happens when the very large magnet attached to the side is pushed closer to the roller?

Simple solution to that is an "hopper" on the wheel, wich pushes back the magnet from the rail, meanwhile inertia of the wheels movement turns the wheel (with no big magnet in the interacting distance from the rail) further and than the big magnet get returned (possibility to use a spring, or another self-return mechanism), and proceeds from the starting part of the rail, till it reaches almost the end and will get pushed back again. That will make the magnet "jump" over the area, where end and start of the rail reaches each other, and where (as in only part of the rail) is the movement stopped.

I think that if you include a fly wheel in the rotor axe you will overcome the repulsion forces that are stopping the system, and the extra kinect energy may maintain and feed the rotation.

FYI, another way to arrive at the same proof is to mathematically compute the magnetic force vectors at each position through the rotation, then take the differentials (ie. force gradients). They sum to _exactly zero_ which proves beyond doubt that this system will encounter a huge barrier force at the next rotational cycle around the diverging loop of magnets, and therefore will NOT continue to accelerate to produce free energy.... unfortunately !

First of all I want to congratulate you on your honesty, where you clearly admitted that this does not work, yet still you went through the long arduous task of drawing all this wonderful spectacular well focused visual assistance, depicting the effect in a variation of manners.
As you said, there are no infinity "downhill's" on which we can ride and roll on and achieve a perpetual motion, let alone gain free energy to drive a heavy external load. We can only get some energy out of this magnetic contraption for as long as we use the magnetic energy that fill the tank of energy existing in those strong magnets, but that will be like emptying th gas tank in a gasoline engine where it will stop when the magnetic stood energy is all consumed, and we not have any stored magnetism left. It would be interesting to go into the fact that magnetism exist when there is a change od electric field and that in a permanent magnet can only be a spinning electrons or electrons all orbiting continuously is a common flat plane around a nucleus of the atoms. It would be interesting to use the demagnetisation of a permeant magnet to use its stored energy as a tank of gasoline or diesel or coal in a steam engine. .

Your vocabulary is rich and your Technical English is not just scientific but very pleasant to listen to in itself. Congratulations once again, and I must say that I love your philosophy of life and the depth at which you live even when you are alone keeping your active thoughts as your company. First: thank you and congratulations on the video, this is absolutely fantastic - the analogy of a gravity well for a magnetic field is really intuitive, at least for me.

But one thing: you forgot the magnets on the sides of the roller.
- they're only there for one period of the process
- perhaps their presence in conjunction with the large permanent magnet would be enough to provide this extra kick to get over that hump?

Your explanation was wonderful and easy to understand. If free energy is discovered I believe it will not be through the mechanical process, I believe it will be through frequency. You say this universe is set to come back to balance, but in the micro universe vibration is as eternal as the universe itself, vibration is motion, motion can produce flux at resonate coupling, so it is possible in my opinion. Even if we could some how tap into the collective heartbeat of millions, or billions we would have endless energy from the human perspective.

Why can't the be a clock work mechanism that pulls the large magnet away at overlap and then pushing it closer after the overlap, skipping the strong part resetting the falling process from a higher point. Or use an electromagnet, and a physical push to start the process so as to only give energy to the electromagnet at intervals skipping the overlap, would this not create a free fall forever?

Create a downhill trac with your 3d model then convert it to magnets and you fixed the problem. Try droping it on to this setup, spin up the wheel and its like skipping a stone on water, gaining momentum with each bounce

What if you used the weight of the ball and gravity to make up for the overlap? Or maybe a spring that kicks the ball forward using the gravity of the ball dropping and compressing the spring causing it to lift enough to compensate for the strong energy?
