Try changing your shoes. I'm a long distance runner ( half marathons) and I only wear Hoka. Find a local running store and get properly fitted. They'll watch you walk, run and look at your gait to determine which shoes are best for you. Good luck!

ive personally begun a jogging journey and i had the same foot issue to start! was jogging about 2 miles in 30 minutes but that first 10-15 minutes my feet ACHED. after about a week or so on just pushing through it the aching eventually stopped, but this is anecdotal evidence and i dont recommend pushing through any pain one has😅

I thought I had high arches but that was proven wrong when I got plantar fasciitis. So, I ended up getting some on cloud shoes and added inserts to it. My feet were not used to the high arches but when I tell you it saved my life. I can walk for hours
