Day 12, and I'm flying long haul from Flagstaff USA back to London UK, and I get a nice easy run in Bushy pakr,
Taking training easy after long hauls can help the body recover, and re adjust to a new time zone, but pushing can often lead to fatigue later down the road.
Don't rush yourself back into training after stressful life events, or the body will have to steal energy from elsewhere and it will eventually catch up with you,

A look into the running school I've launched, in a hope to help educate people and show them how to be better at running.
