RJ, This Unit sounds very good, Is it a Step Down Transformer inside ?
But I'll 4 sure look it up as voltage hear in Tennessee varies sometimes over 125-128volts!!

I wouldnt really call this a "attenuator", like the hot plate, Rivera Rock crusher or the like, but more like a "variable transformer", you know like the Variac.
