Jennifer Armentrout From Blood and Ash series has been sooo good. Especially the prequels that go with it.

Pirate fantasy you should check out —> Dark Water Daughter by H.M. Long!
It’s got pirates, a cute budding romance, weather witches, global conflict, etc. very good and there’s two books out for the series so far c:

I would really recommend Talon saga by Julie Kagawa! I've read the whole series, and I really enjoyed it. It has dragons in it and some romance as well. It might be hard to find the books from anywhere though. (sry for my bad english)
