Wow! I have been experiencing some intense pain in my left foot for a couple days and I was just praying it wasn’t bunions. I really don’t want to do surgery. Today, the pain was far worse than the last few. I turned to YouTube as a last ditch effort and found this video. Holy cow! After just one round, my foot feels so much better! I’ll be doing this more!

Oh God. While doing your program, it occurred to me that the toes of my left foot are "dead" i.e. can hardly make muscular contact with them. I have big bunions, especially on the left side, and my big toes cross towards the middle while they are constantly tense and pointing upwards. So your program is really a great help. It was hard on the feet, but so nice afterwards. I have to do this program every day. Thank you very much.😊🙏🏼

My toe joint on right foot is swollen and sore and this video is helpful. (I have bunions). Will try to do this regularly. I always workout indoors (workout videos) with bare feet. Is this best vs shoes? Thanks!

I have a tailors bunion (outside right foot) it started to bother me about a month ago. I exercise Monday thru Friday and run about 2 miles after. Do you think it could disappear if I continue doing your exercises? Btw I’m 58 and never had these problems before.
