Turned out amazingly! Being both a fan of медовик and your channel, I had to try your simplified version, and, wow! While I did have a little burning on the edges of the layers (I just need to adjust the time or heat), the taste was spot on and perhaps even better than I had had in restaurants. Id love to see you make a Mont Blanc cake. I think its Italian but I tried it in Paris a few years ago and its so delicious. The chestnut cream is such a lovely, unique flavour.
