Syrup Soaked Honey Cake

I love that this cake is made with only honey, no sugar, and how it's soaked in honey syrup at the end to really drive home the honey flavour as well as making the crumb beautifully moist!

Serve warm for the best eating experience. Brilliant cosy dessert to finish off a cosy dinner.

Hella yeah! I remember a recipe given to me from another mum in our mothers group 23 years ago that had coconut too with the syrup soaking. Any suggestions on how to adapt your recipe to that? Sadly I can’t find the old fashioned hand written recipe.
