Russian Honey Cake Recipe - 30 Minute Honey Cake (Medovik)

Ingredients:
1/4 cup (80 grams) honey
1/2 cup (100 grams) sugar
7.5 Tbsp (100 grams) unsalted butter
1 tsp baking soda
3 eggs
1 1/2 cups (180-200 grams) all-purpose flour

Sour Cream Frosting:
1 cup (240 grams) heavy cream (cold)
1/3 cup (67 grams) sugar
1/2 tsp vanilla extract (optional)
10oz (306 grams) sour cream

You cut the dough into 3 parts out of the oven? How did you end up with 6 slabs of dough when you put the cake together??
