I'd like to ask how to do real estate property backgrounds.
Example.
I am coming in from a high angle with my drone, 200 feet in the air and I want to briefly highlight the property line in the video.
Property lines are irregular and I am very new to capcut (free version) and haven't figured this out and all the how-to videos about outlines is all about outlining people dancing.

It'd be nice if you could explain in 2 ways:
A soft border that appears, say a soft red outline along the irregular property lines.
A way to blur the rest of the video for a moment along the property lines so only the for sale property is clear, for a second.

Hopefully this makes sense and thank you - your videos are quick and straight to the point.
