True Contradictions

In The Consolation of Philosophy, Boethius offers an approach to God’s foreknowledge as simultaneously compatible with free will. He expands on his topic by giving definitive and indefinite necessities, and raises simple and conditional categories proving his conclusions. In this essay, I will expand on his premises; then, I will disprove Boethius’ solution with tensed and tenseless propositions, and propose a potentially better solution with the philosophy of Dialetheism.
