Thank you that was so helpful. I'm working with my physio reverse lunge is one exercise she gave me that I'm really struggling with. I was obviously doing wrong. It was hurting my knees and seriously set me puffing. So thank you for sharing 😊

I have watched several videos to explain the reverse lunge. There are two points that people disagree on. Does the backward knee touch the floor? Is there a slight lean forward or is your back completely upright?

Q: what is the difference whit this exercise other then the forward lunge? or is it still the same for your muscles?
