I claim that this info is not based upon real facts, but on what someone heard/said somewhere. Paging file is used WHEN and ONLY WHEN/IF your RAM is filled, then Windows will use a portion of your HDD/SSD to use as RAM, however as it is slower than RAM, the PC will slow down.
If you have a LOT of RAM, you will not need Paging File (=Windows won´t use it anyway), if you on the other hand have little RAM, then it is possible that Windows will need to add that as a PAGING FILE.
*** It can WELL HANDLE THIS AUTOMATICALLY!
Only in a situation, where like you have (90-95%) of your hard drive full, would a manually set paging file POSSIBLY help, , , but on the other hand, a 95% full HDD will be slow anyway!!!
So if you have only little RAM and do not of some unknown reason let WINDOWS add it when needed. You add more of it... the more RAM you have, the less you need of it.
Windows handles this fine by itself!

If a laptop has non-upgradable ram due to it being soldered and the virtual memory being used by windows is high, will an extremely fast nvme pcie gen 4 SSD with insanely fast random read and write IOPS speeds make the computer any smoother? My ram is mainly hogged by large pdfs, word documents, and chrome tabs.

do i need to change it for every drive ?

ha ha, you only have 41265MB of space available on the disk, why would allocate 49152MB as paging file?

I have 4 drives on my PC with 16gb of RAM. C drive is the m.2 nvme ssd of 512gb for my OS. Drive d and e are 1Tb sshd's that store my gaming clips and photos and drive F is a 2TB m.2 again for all my games. Do I do the memory allocation for every single drive?

Maximum size 4096 is more than good for 8 or 16gb of RAM. You'll harmed your PC if you do 3 Times of 8gb RAM

by the way, you can see how much RAM your box has by pressing keys Win+Pause

I have 64GB ram, so I need maximum size of 64x3=? makes sense...

The multiplication way is not correct, imho. The more ram you have the smaller your paging file should be. Just set it to Auto and Windows will handle it fine.

This is woefully outdated advice, this was for Win 98, Win 7, Win 8 with hard drives and low amount of physical ram. Do not do this on modern computers with windows 10 & 11 and especially if you have an SSD.

Btw page file is usually used when running out of physical memory or just to store data thats not used or whatever (Page file is just the backup for the physical memory). And its also ALOT slower then ram, if you have 16 gb you prob wont need pagefile over 4gb. And if you do need more then you should really consider buying more (You can buy some shitty as ram and it will still be much better then pagefile). In any case, you should aim to use the paging file as little as possible! Especially if you have an older ssd or hdd. (More physical memory = Less page file) (Perhaps I'm wrong but that's only what makes sense to me. I mean you wont ever need to write all the data inside your computer's physical memory to page file) if you are playing games then look at how much of the page file the system uses and you will see that x1.5 or x3 or x1.(anything at all) won't be necessary... Ever. If you aint gaming on 4gb but standars is like 16gb today.

Currently, IF WE HAVE 32GB or 64GB or MORE, we don't need a page file to stored at physical storage...
Am I correct ?

the maximum virtual ram on Samsung galaxy Ultra S22 is 12 gb installed ram and maximum of 8gb virtual ram ( if maximum turned on the device runs from the start a litle bit slower)
