K9 Cliff retirement ceremony

K9 Cliff enjoyed his retirement ceremony which included toys, treats and a special tag and collar marking his six years of service to the Buckeye community. K9 Cliff worked alongside his handler Officer D. Smith who participated in a final radio call for his four-legged partner.
