US Vice President Kamala Harris had to save President Joe Biden from “wandering aimlessly after an appearance” on stage, says Sky News host Rita Panahi.

My mother was in a care home for three years in that period of time I got to know the staff. So many times I'd go into the dementia side of the care home to take something for the staff so over that period of time I also got to know everyone.
I can absolutely say without a shadow of a doubt that this man, the President is exactly the same in behaviours, looks, mannerisms as those dementia patients. I think it's actually cruel to let this man carry on.
