Windows Os has lots of functions and options for customizing computer. One of them is automatic Timer turn off which helps in reducing laptop battery and battery life.

make sure to right click it and go to properties in general and select run whether logged in or not if youre locking your computer 🦔❄

That great thanks! But I wanna make sure, when we type the number of seconds like for the 5 min, it's gonna give us the 5 min time to close our stuff before shutdown?! I wanna make sure a I get a warning and a 5 or 10 min timer before it actually shuts off to protect my pc.

Thanks for pointing out that at least one argument is necessary. I wasted a lot of time because another guy left that part out. A complete list of arguments can be found by attempting to run shutdown.exe in a command prompt window. These arguments allow a lot of flexibility, but shutdown /s is all you need.

guys use (windows key + r) then type shutdown - s - t (no. of seconds)

or you can use cmd and type -s -t shutdown 7200 ( or really any number but that is seconds)
