How to stop Automatic Restarts on Windows 10 PC (3 Easy Methods)

Do you want to know how to stop automatic restarts on your windows 10 PC? When you have automatic restarts happening on your PC, I have 3 methods that may help. The first option has to do with windows 10 updates. When an update is applied to your PC, it will automatically restart your PC. There will be an option to be notified when before this happens under the update and security menu.

The second option will turn off automatic restarts when their is a system failure. The 3rd option will throttle your maximum PC power state to a lower state. Sometimes, your PC will restart when it overheats. Reducing the maximum power state for your CPU will lower the heat generated.

THANK YOU SO MUCH!!! I tried everything others showed. Turned of / changed the Power Managment all over the place. My PC did shut down all the time, right from when I first bought it. Drove me crazy! Ich followed your advice about lowering to 95 intead of 100. Even I know the PC is clean. It did it. It fixed the problem. You have no idea how relieved and happy I am. There was no way to play a game or even watch a Video, or work with this pc. I will share your Video all over the place. Thank you!!!

my problem is that my pc restart on its own when i play games for 1 hour does not show any notifi and when i tried the sec method when i click on properties it opens the settings and doest look like the one u opened can u help with that?

None of these settings stop auto restarts. They will still happen. There is no way to stop this BS setting.
