Back in the days i went to the used games store and i found this paradox game bundle and it included EU2 amongst other old titles of theirs. Man that game was wonky, you could take infinite loans and raise infinite mercenaries, which btw, spawn instantly, its how i beat the ottomans with byzantium. Also constantinople was fucking OP, it had like a base fort level of 5 and the theodosian walls event gave it 3 more early on, takes a massive doomstack to siege that shit. Also random ass shit like the pope going protestant happens, must admit though the soundtrack was very classy.
