You know, in all of my games, I have noticed that Ally Ottoman AI is miserable, while enemy Ottoman AI is out of this world. I was doing a fun custom nation Prussia game, I was able to win a 38Kvs193K, and I lost to Ottoman AI with that Prussia.

I played as Poland and had moldova as my march, ottomans attacked and annihilated my whole army and then russia attacked, fall of Poland in 1502
