A lot of people laughed or got upset when Staind "went soft" back in the day, but a lot of us were like "nice! he got his problems off his chest, he seems to feels better, and now he is focusing on self reflection, well done". Artists grow, performers stay the same, but it's not to say people who don't grow in their music never grow at all, but seeing it happen in art over time is an amazing experience, prove to us that it can be done if we ever get hopeless. Glad Disturbed is on that same path, seeming to have found some peace.

Sting was talking about losing faith in another person. Disturbed is talking about persons losing faith in themselves. Listen to their newest - with Heart's Ann Wilson - Don't Tell Me - two legendary performers!

Check out Hold on to the Memories and A Reason to Fight by Disturbed. Both different and good.

YESSS more Disturbed please!! I love watching their thematic & musical evolution over the years! May I recommend "No More", one of their more recent originals?

You really should do a Disturbed "month" like you did with iron maiden. I think you will love opening up this Pandora's Box! They are A-M-A-Z-I-N-G! I suggest Hold on to the Memories as the slow emotional gem that it is and then Prayer is A-M-A-Z-I-N-G as well as Stricken and Are You Ready as more their metal style!!! Do it Ken! You'll not be disappointed I promise!!!! They are true artists!!!

Cool deal- I forgot how much I love that cover. Hopefully they can get back to touring (other than festivals)-- thanks for that and have a fantastic day!

Pretty good song for right now. We all seem pretty lost lately. We need more music that heals not harms. Great that there are still people out there that are willing to take their talent and say what needs saying. Great reaction!

I listened to this because I saw you react to The Sound of Silence and loved it. This one is very different but I like it - thanks for introducing me to this band.

As long as you're doing Disturbed covers, Land of Confusion is a banger!

I enjoyed your reaction to this song. Sometimes its hard to tell if someone is enjoying what they are hearing. When you "helped" David move up to a high note and were smiling so much, it was clear you were enjoying what you were hearing.

If you want to know what they can do live, there is a performance on YouTube that they did live from a news studio. The performance is completely live but there's no audience in the studio so you can hear them live with a pretty pure sound quality. They perform "A reason to fight" and "hold on to memories" both excellent and deeply meaningful songs. There's a vid of both together and separate vids of the performance. They're not too hard to find on here but definitely worth a listen
