I would love a video about anti-aging routines for people with rosacea. Personally I don't get bumps, just a persistent redness and extreme flushing in uncomfortable situations.

I’ve noticed that when I have to blow my nose due to allergies from grasses and trees, my face went from none of these to broken capillaries around my nose! Thank you for this video, I’m listening! Happy Thanksgiving! 🙏🏼

I have severe rosacea. My number one trigger is cortisol. Any increase triggers flushing. Being hungry and seeing a slight increase in cortisol from metabolic stress triggers flushing. But my skin is smooth and when i use green based makeup my skin literally looks flawless. The red flushed type of rosacea I have definately doesnt mean you have to also have the mite type pimply form of rosacea

This is such a struggle to manage, thanks for this video! However, I get increased broken capillaries in the winter. Living in a cold climate the sub zero air hits your face like small darts of ice every time you go outside and I haven't figured out a good way to protect my skin. I tried Vaseline but it transfers to the clothing you need to keep warm . I would love a video about real winter skin protection!

The clarisonic gave me telangiectas. I stopped using it and have not developed any new ones. That was an expensive lesson!

I just had V Beam laser for these. 4 weeks later and they’re completely gone. So grateful for modern day technology.

I have a few small ones around my nose. Probably from the aggressive way I used the St Eve's apricot scrub as a teen. 😂 They don't bother me though. Happy Thanksgiving, Dr Dray! Hope you are having a nice one. 💟

Thank you for this! Nice tree! I also noticed that your ring light is not so bright this time, it’s so much better for me💗

Thank you Dr. Dray for sharing :) As always perfect company while having my tea 🍵 My skin is very sensitive with Rosacea. Some of the products I have used in the past had Sodium Laurel Sulfate which can be a skin irritant. SLS can be in cleansers, shampoo's and some cosmetics including mascara 😏 Some essential oils can irritate sensitive skin also. The skin care products that I'm using are the Neutrogena Ultra gentle hydrating fragrance free cleanser, Hydro boost cleansing gel, and the Vanicream Moisturizing Lotion & Sunscreen. Happy Thanksgiving everyone 🌹

I have 2 enlarged blood vessels on my face. The Nira laser helped shrink them. One is really large under the nose pad under my glasses. It has shrunk the most, not away but it’s smaller.

Before you got me to try tretinoin my skin used to get so irritated and I noticed the blood vessels on my face were so prominent but after more than a year on tretinoin my skin doesn’t get irritated and the blood vessels are almost unnoticeable.

I felt them pop up on my face while I was pushing a baby out. Felt like being snapped by a rubber band. They’re still there 25 years later.

Metrolotion, i.e. Metronidazole, twice a day on the red pustules, has really seem to put my rosacea in remission for many years.

For the sake of the oceans we should all avoid the cleansing scrubs because the scrubbing particles are microplastics that we're washing out to the sea.
