Yes sir. It's a 150. I couldn't reach the screw, nor could I see if it was a torx, Phillips, or hex. So I took it to the local motorcycle shop in visalia ca. The guy said it was a 2.5mm hex. So he gave it a turn or two. Brought up the idle and away I went. (He didn't even charge me)
I rode around town like i had been doing before. And after over an hour or so of riding in city traffic, making u turns and stopping at intersections.. The bike give me no more problems. 🤙🏾

when the wheel spins on idle tho its not enough to move you but it does mean that the clutch is in contact with the bell and that means wear. what i do is I run the engine cold, and when the enricher stops, it drops in a very low rpm, that's when i adjust it low enough that it doesn't stall after the enricher turns off.

Thank you, this fixed my problem! Interestingly enough, Honda Metropolitans have a tiny hole in the maintenance lid specifically for access to that screw!
