Preserving Garlic Harvest

We harvested 23 garlic heads on June 16th (planted early October). This Music hard neck variety does not have a long storage life and we don't have the best place to store them long term, so I froze the majority of the cloves for later use and made garlic powder (how I mostly use garlic in my cooking).
