Has anyone suffered from the insomnia of an adrenal fatigue issue? So difficult to handle at times. I use to be a really heavy sleeper and now I hear every pin drop.

No, really don't eat whole grains. They're so hard to digest, unless you have healthy gut. You can sprout them, ferment like making sourdough bread or fermented oat porridge but don't eat whole grains without proper preparation. Humans aren't rodents or birds. Yes, you can eat seeds or grains in sprouted, or fermented, quite changed form, but sometimes it's better not to eat any. Choose sweet potatoes, yams, potatoes( if you aren't allergic to nighshades which also includes tomatoes), even parsnips, plantains, cooked green bananas and sunchokes- these are safe starches. That's my opinion, but consider it.

According to a recent saliva test I am at stage 3 with a very low and flat line throughout day, tapering off at night. My blood tests are in the normal range so medical doctor says I'm great. My biggest issue is poor sleep and waking up in "flight or fight" mode (anxiety some call it). This anxiety continues worst in morning and tapers off with release in evening (it follows the normal cortisol pattern). The only way to burn off the anxiety is extensive exercise and at end of day basically pass out only to awaken to extreme anxiety the next day and to repeat the cycle. I'm into year four of this torture, it's been an exciting time. Just not sure who to trust in this journey as medical doctors just look at me as if I should check myself into a ward. Tried supplements with naturopath, but to no substantial avail. I eat healthy, live a great life, and am thankful, but still looking for a way to improve quality of life. Someone has suggested doing intervenous injections as a possible solution, but that could be an expensive option and not sure it the results can be guaranteed.

How important is it to have breakfast in the morning? If I wake up around 5:30, when would it be optimal for me to have my first meal of the day? I feel that 5:30 am is way too early for me to have breakfast. Couldn't I wait until 9 or 11am?

Watching this again! Thanks for all this info- I'm noting that I have problems with B6 sensitivity- had a really bad reaction to a b complex injection two weeks ago- still have residual itching and burning. going to get my B levels checked this week! I think a trip to an allergist is in store as well...I know I have uncommon histamine issues from an allergist visit many years ago. It's time for a follow up!
I dream of a full week where I don't have a Drs appointment! 😕

good morning there, thank you for your time and caring and sharing. I've been doing intermittent fasting which I believe from my research, is supposed to help take a load off the organs and reset things to a certain degree. From listening to what you're sharing you say that that's not good for adrenals?? Now I'm more confused than before period. Any suggestion? And thank you

DR Berg in a video here on youtube says she exact opposite about adrenal fatique, fasting and meals, that you only need 2-3 meals a day, and intermittent fasting is great.... so what is the truth?
