Показать описание
At this year's SCAA 2015 convention, Will checks out the La Marzocco Linea Mini home espresso machine. It's a kitchen-sized machine that brews and steams professional-grade espresso coffee. We learn about the equipment and process that differentiates this kind of machine from one you would maybe find in a department store.

I got to play with this one when we LaMarzocco came through Austin last month. Its a nice at home machine that non coffee professionals can figure out pretty easily. You still need to invest in a commercial grade grinder or the chances of great espresso go way down.

I'm new to tested. Love the channel. Your questions were really good. In depth and knowledgable. Thanks.

I'm not sure that'd I'd take advice from a guy who apparently knitted his own tie, then tucked it into his pants.

Why does everyone in the comments CARE that it costs so much? I won't buy one because of the price tag, I doubt many others will. What's with everyone getting upset?

I really enjoy learning about new technologies. Who knew there was so much depth to something so seemingly plebeian as coffee. Thank you Tested for going to these cool conventions and showcases so I don't have to!

For the price I would hope it could double as a commercial machine for a small operation like a food cart or something. i.e. is it certified by the NSF leaches?

Bought one a week ago it cost a bit but its definetly worth it

Man there is a lot of hate in these comments. I think these videos are nice. I love the podcast and enjoy seeing laptop and phone reviews, but those are a dime a dozen. I like that Tested has a few areas that they hit on more frequently than other sites like drones, VR, food, and coffee. Keep up the good work guys.

I wonder if all the "thumbs down" are simply because of the price of this machine - because this was a good video, and interesting to see what that amount of money can get you when it comes to high end espresso machines.

Is this the shopping channel now? You guys are the kings of monetizing the tube.

As an European that drinks 3 espressos a day I find these videos so cute. "Here, pay me a outrageous amount of money to drink a 'perfect' espresso" haha.

Such a beautiful machine... I hate the 4500 dollar price though. and looks very mediocre for that price... if i were to spend close to 5k on an espresso machine i want something that looks amazing and breath taking.. not boring.

Informative video - but there's that old saw about espresso "dying" or turning bitter if allowed to cool or sit for really any amount of time at all (30sec is one I hear often). It's strange that even seemingly informed folks still talk this way.
