I remember when LOTR was all there was aside from the other few Star Wars and Potters. No Avatar, Avengers, Marvels or Hunger Games Twilight etc.

This was so popular it had a radiant spring of toys everywhere in stores and on household items and the forums specifically for this series dominated the internet dwarfing other communities. It lasted for several year from 2000 to 2005 and then as the CGI era kicked off these died off quickly. But I haven't forgotten. All my friends siblings and classmates played as children was this outstanding imagination of a world and I owe most of my adult characteristics to this series. I'm collecting things from those days and returning to old games and creating profiles on lotr internet sites etc. I will never move on. Only going back. And it's for the better. I'll carry this world with me to my grave.
