This video will show you EXACTLY how to stop attracting negative synchronicity. I'm going to share with you ways that I've applied in my own life so that good things happen and I'm able to distance myself from that negativity. Welcome back to another video. My name is Aaron and I help people expand their consciousness. Now in this video I'm going to be sharing with you ways that you can bypass negativity and really knowing how to transform negative synchronicity into something that is positive. Now let's First off understand that when it comes to the Law of Attraction like attracts like. But also in the sense to where our beliefs are being reflected back to us as well. So the idea is even though like attracts like if we believe that negative things happen or we believe that we're not worthy or we believe in certain things happening and even if those are subconscious or conscious The idea is we always get a reflection of whatever that is.
Now the question to ask when negative synchronicity happens is first off. Ask the question of what would I believe to be true to be having this kind of experience.
Now the other side of this coin is understanding that many times negative synchronicity can be a sign to us to maybe look at something we believe to be true or maybe to look at certain patterns in our life. We can think about this in the form of what we call our higher self or our higher level of awareness or consciousness and our ego self. Now sometimes negative synchronicity will happen to us and our ego will become identified with it will think that we're in a way a victim. And the key to this is knowing that many times synchronicity and native synchronicity could simply be an opportunity for us to become aware of what our definitions are to become aware of what we're bought into to become aware of certain patterns that are happening. And if we really want to let them go. So the first step to this process is to find any negative synchronicity as something positive because at least it's making you aware of something that was priorly unconscious.
So it's something that's good because now we're able to get to the root of whatever this belief is to the root of whatever this pattern is to simply decide to let it go and we cannot change what we do not own. So if negative patterns are happening in our life if negative synchronicities are happening our life and we're not aware of it they'll just continue to happen. So the key to this is first off being grateful that you are aware that there's patterns happening that you don't prefer being aware that there's a belief that's maybe out of alignment with who you are and the next step is to simply ask the question What would I have to believe is true to be having this experience many times that belief will be rooted in the definition.
So if negative things happen in my life for example I'll ask myself the question What would I have to believe is true to be having this quote unquote make it of experience. And I would first off realize that a lot of times it comes from being attached to thinking that this is the way things are. This is how things will always be and sometimes I'll be aware of oh hey I have a belief that says I'm unworthy that I can't you know have this happen so therefore I have to remain attached to the outcome. So the key is always asking myself that question what would I have to believe is true to be having this kind of experience. And what could this be telling me.
Now I know many times in my life there are times when I'm thinking about certain things and when I'm thinking about things that are out of alignment with my baby I guess you could say true nature out of alignment with what's really best for me. A lot of times I'll get like something happened that I'm kind of smacked my thoughts back in a place like the other day I was at the gym and I was doing box jumps which is like this. You know I'd jump on this box and it's like something I do in between workouts It's like a good you know small thing to do when you work out. And I do that in between. And I was doing it and I found myself thinking about things like maybe I should have been thinking about. I was kind of going off and search scenarios in my...
