All the kids with strict parents started sweating when that "EXCUSE ME" came out.

I have a good friend who actually grew up in an atheist home. She hid the fact that she was Christian from her parents for years until she opened up to them about it about two years ago. It was progressive but they became more and more open to her new beliefs even going to church with her a few months ago

I’m so glad he brought up China because that was the final nail in the coffin. As soon as he said China I knew exactly what Cliff was gonna bring up.

And that is 5he whole of it, they haven’t read or studied the Bible and most colleges don’t acknowledge the Bible as truth and they have accepted that because they worship their idol called college

I respect a lot Cliffe, but the kid has an interesting point. Definitely, the culture sets a mindset bias that sometimes is difficult to overcome, not impossible though. Or ask people born in muslim or hinduism countries. They are also convinced by some evidence that their believes are true and then they teach and preach those set of standards with a lot of passion. This is what the kid was trying to say at some point but he could not develop it fully and instead used some wrong words that made Cliffe react, which is understandable in that situation. However, there is truth in the fact that among all believes, the christian doctrines have much more historical evidence in their writtings than the rest. Also, Christ's story, his teachings and life example are without equal among other religious figures.

The geographical determinism argument -- which somehow atheisrs exempt themselves from.

But they can't.

First: Atheism is an overwhelmingly white Western male phenomenon. And the overwhelming majority of the exceptions to this around the world are Marxists and Communists who are following the philosophy of -- Oops! -- white Western males (Marx, Engels, Lenin, et al).

Second: If Christians in the West are Christian ONLY because they are in the West and they would be Hindus if they were born in India, then it follows that atheists would likewise be Hindus if born in India.

So if the former proves there is no God, then the latter proves there is not no God.

Which proves that the geographic determinism argument against God is incredibly dumb and self-refuting and should be scrapped, while the truth or falsehood of Christianity remains to be decided on OTHER grounds.

So can we finally just go to those other grounds. And stay there?
