Program 3322 ................... - Cancel Culture - Forgiveness - Eternal Life ..............
Recorded at Texas State University - October 2021.

The "Give Me An Answer" ministry began as an outgrowth of the dialogues Cliffe Knechtle has had with students on various university campuses throughout the United States. These universities include the University of Maine, Harvard, MIT, University of Florida, University of Texas, University of Wisconsin, University of Minnesota, University of California Los Angeles, University of California San Diego, Berkeley, Stanford, University of Hawaii and the University of Washington. Cliffe spoke on these campuses in front of the Student Union or Library at noon for five to ten minutes. At the close of his initial remarks, he'd open up the time for questions and answers, which usually turned into a two to four hour dialogue with students. His crowd size ranged from 25 - 500 students at a time, and between classes, new students would join the discussion. This is an extremely effective way to reach a large number of university students with the Gospel of Christ.

They almost always walk away when things start making sense.

Even in cancel culture the gospel of Jesus Christ stands out as unique and a necessary message. Keep up the great work Cliffe and Stuart!

That arrogant preprogrammed "moral superior" rage the crowd had when he mentioned his friends was hilarious, I bet many in that crowd sees no problem with hating conservatives or christians but when the preprogrammed trigger words are brought up ohh noo thats the ultimate evil.

These people act like they've never done wrong and they're perfect. I hope we can all learn to examine ourselves more than others.

This would have been the perfect moment to talk about what, "love and pray for thy enemy, " truly means.

One unique perspective about this channel: These street conversations that are open to different perspectives talking in the open. Searching for what is true in Christ. Love it.

I studied chemistry and chemical engineering/thermodynamics in college. Essentially, what Cliffe was trying to articulate was that if there is no free will, we are slaves to the process of entropy. Entropy is defined by the second law of thermodynamics that “all matter and chemical reactions tend toward a state of more disorder.” In other words entropy (the scientific term for disorder) is always increasing. An example of this that one can see in everyday life is when i put food coloring in a glass of water. When dropped initially, the coloring and the water are separated. As time progresses, the food coloring becomes equally distributed and random amongst the volume of the cup it was put in (randomness and therefore disorder has increased). Every chemical reaction, including biochemical reactions, behave the same way. In order for an atheist to believe in free will, pastor cliff was saying, he must deny the law of entropy, which he cannot do without contradiction. With God however, and the soul, perhaps God can predict entropy in a way that humans cannot, this creating free will for us and omniscience for Him. This is how God can know about us before we are born. Our bodies are physical vessels for our souls. The soul gives way to higher thought, emotion, love, relationships, and concepts of a higher order like justice, loving your neighbor and whatnot. The young man was arguing from a philosophical standpoint, the problem with that is if the soul is real (which it isn’t in his opinion from what i can understand), then when resurrected its a different body but the same soul. I think that is the simple response to that, in addition to cliffes point that all cells in the human body are different every 7 years.

Keep going cliff. I need to see stuff like this. I am struggling with maintaining my faith in humanity, especially my generation. I believe in Jesus Christ but sometimes I can just feel myself becoming cold towards everyone.

It’s hard to comprehend that these so called “educated college students” can’t understand what it means to love someone even though they’ve done wrong. We’re not going to see a change in the world if we just reject or shun people. If you can truly change just a single person for the better by the grace of God…that’s already making the world a way better place than anyone could possibly fathom.

Great content as always! @ 2:02 I personally wanted to ask those kids if they have ever asked for forgiveness from anyone, and also ask them why should anyone forgive them for anything?? Because, if anyone sits down for awhile and actually thinks about all the evil they as an individual have brought into the world it would be hard to believe anyone who knew just a fraction of it would ever even look us in the eyes let alone forgive us. And yet someone knows everything about us, and does both with grace.
Forgiveness is the bedrock of all relationships.

They cannot fathom loving their enemies - so you now see how hard it is? To forgive those who have been so lost as to hurt others?! To care about their salvation…. It is NOT easy. These guys think love is to agree. It’s not. I pray for all of these younger people to be affected by Cliffe! 🙏🙏🙏
