I am not a doctor, this is a chart my doctor gave me. for some reason i cannot find this information on the internet, so here you go.

*Never alternate dosing of acetaminophen and ibuprofen unless your doctor tells you to. start with one medication and stay with it. Never give a higher-than-recommended dose of either medicine, and never give aspirin to a child under 18 yeasr old.

*Ibuprofen (Children's Advil or Motrin) can be given to children six months and older. However, do not give to a child who has been drinking poorly, is nauseous, vomiting, has stomach pains, a history of stommach ulcer, chicken pox, is undergiong chemotherapy or has bleeding tendencies.

*Brands differ with dosages. Always check bottle direction carefully and use only the dropper or medication syringe supplied with the medication.

*If you have any questions call a doctor!

FINALLY A CHART! I kept watching md, and many other doctor videos that headlined, "The right dosage", "The correct amount of "Acetaminophen to give your child", none of which gave the acutal information. When you have a ferverish child and need correct info right away it is so frustrating . I thought to look it up here first because I didn't have time to read a "book" on the matter in the moments of her suffering. Thankyou so very much for this chart!!!! So, so very much!💜💜💜💜💜💜💜💜💜💜💜💜💜💜💜💜💜💜💜
