Wow! So taking 1 dose too many can cause liver failure?! I'm coming off this stuff today. I just had my R knee replaced 3 weeks ago. And, the surgeon prescribed 3K mgs per day (2 extra strength caps every 8 hours). I had no idea. I'm also on oxycodone and diazapem. Too much garbage and i don't have a history of taking meds -- for anything.

i’ve been taking tylenol for a tooth ake and on the first day i took 5000mg of tylenol on the second day i took 6000mg of tylenol and yesterday i took 5000mg again and i’m feeling dull pain in my liver i don’t think i’m doing to good right now

Tylenol PM KO my sis her first n last try. As for me nothing more than a mild relief. Id bet it depends on more on how much pain relief is needed vs pain med tolerance.
