Just wanted to double-check that it doesn't matter the dosage strengths between infants/children's bottles as long as you follow the calculation? Meaning, there are no different ingredients in these concentrations where an infant couldn't have from a children's bottle?

Hello @PedsDocTalk - There is acute shortage of these meds in Canada now. Can I use adult advil and crush it to get 100mg out of it and add 5ml water to make it 100mg/5ml and give to my 10kg child?

I cannot find children’s or infant Tylenol at any stores in my local vicinity… is there any way to give a 2.5 year old an adult Tylenol? Just want my child to feel better and it’s seems there’s a lot of others in my area experiencing the same issue!

Just a question, so our son is 8 months old weighs 22.5 lbs, which would be about 10kg rounded down, with this calcultation it would mean we give him 4.5ml for Tylenol, but on the bottle it says 1.5ml for his 18 - 23lbs range. Just curious why they don't put a more accurate number on the bottle?
