I get why she thinks she’s ugly. She has a wide prominent face. She probably idolises celebrities with petite, feminine features and then compares them to her wide mouth and face.

But as you can see, the overwhelming majority of us see her as pretty, or at least not below average.

I’m willing to bet this exact scenario is true for most of us out here. We’re super critical of ourselves and scrutinise every last blemish on our faces and bodies, when in reality, people don’t notice them - they see you as a whole.

And the most important thing to remember, personality 100%, irrefutably, can make someone appear more physically attractive or not.

Growing up I was actually incredibly ugly. When I was 16 I looked like a Gremlin with braces. I'm 25 now and had a huge glow up. People are surprised about my insecurities and because I grew up ugly it is pretty difficult for me to accept those compliments.
