Hi Guys, Micah, Outdoor Living Guy with another Tuesday tip for you here - I love Tuesday tips and this one is going to be short and sweet but give you a lot of help. It's about custom decks built on extremely sloped landscapes to maximizing space even in a small area. And that is the Tuesday tip - maximizing space in a sloped area. You can see the outcome in this deck on a hillside. So here we've done the firepit on the deck, a swing under a pergola with dual built-in seats on both sides. We took this unusable hill-side-space and created a huge destination.

Do you have a sloped area you need a little help with? You can find a little Nook and cranny - it doesn't take much - to create that deck and make it a level area on a very sloped space to maximize the view.

I love the swing - you can imagine hanging out and swinging in the space under the shady overhang plants. It becomes a cozy nook sitting-by-the-firepit space - chatting with everyone - having a great evening. Especially as before it was unusable hillside.
