In this video, Mr. W explains how ATP is made through oxidative phosphorylation of ADP. The process involves
1. Using electron energy from NADH and FADH2 to create a flow of electrons along the electron transport chain in the inner mitochondrial membrane.
2. Using that electrical current to power proton pumps that pump protons from the matrix to the intermembrane space.
3. The facilitated diffusion of protons through ATP synthase, which powers the phosphorylation of ADP to create ATP.

For 1ATP production, how many protons are required to go through the channel?
