Love how Joe is all in on Atlantis. “It’s certainly fascinating”. But when talking about Noah’s Ark at Mount Ararat that’s just unbelievable. Come on Joe.

According to Ishy Boots the female motorcyclist going around the world, she actually visit the place and it just all sand without a meaning from ground level.
It is only impressive when you see it from the air.

The "Eye of the Sahara" is a geological feature known as a Richat Structure located in the Sahara Desert of Mauritania. It is believed to have been formed by uplift and erosion of a dome-shaped rock layer, exposing the circular pattern of sedimentary rocks.

Atlantis was like a dam blocking a fresh water Mediterranean. The rock of Gibraltar is the remaining Pilar of Hercules .

It's in the Atlantic ocean and was submerged after pulse 1A and 1B flood waters which aligned with platos timeline. This is not atlantis

A guy probably came across this area a long time ago and looked around and thought this must have been a city. And wrote it down.😅

I'm sure Plato said Altlantis was an island nation. And it takes its name from the Atlantic... So why is everyone getting sucked into a mud bubble in the Saharah being an ancient civilization?
Look at what we know of ancient architecture - it is magnificent and it is built to withstand earthquakes.
Look at what we know about Atlantis - it was on a shipping trade route.
And see what the Richat stucture is - a bubble.
And where it is - in the middle of Africa.

Far more likely it's a mud pot or fumerole. Not sure whether it's from a giant hot spring or whether a body of surface water was displacing the air and minerals - that's for a geologist to figure out.

You're better off looking around Ponto Delgado for your lost city.

Except for the facts. It has been geological studied for decades. Its the reault of of a.massive salt dome and erosion.

Since they brought this up on Coast to Coast AM 15 + years ago I have been convinced this was Atlantis.
All occupants of African appearance & tuned like fine instrument's. The sea water was abundant and a great flood of biblical proportions erased all of it.
Buried under the sands of the great Sahara Desert are artifacts of alien character. Archaeologists will find the greatest treasure's ever known to mankind for thousands of square kilometers. Technology is now at a point where we must start investing $$ in the search
